This beautiful vintage Moroccan cushion has been made using a Boucherouite rug that has been cut and sewn into a Pillow. Boucherouite, meaning "rag" in Moroccan Arabic, is a style of rug that is crafted by weaving dyed recycled textiles together. Traditionally, these rugs were created with bits of scraps in areas where raw materials were rare.
This pillow has been stuffed with new polyester fill and has a zipper on one side.
All pieces have been cleaned and restored, they are in excellent condition and have been very well preserved.
